Here is an antique silver plated julep strainer that is marked “Holmes, Booth & Haydens A1”. It measures 5 and 1/2 inches in length and the bowl measures approximately 2 and 3/4ths inches wide.
There is a star shaped cut out in the handle which could be used to hang the strainer on the wall. This strainer has moderate wear but no plate loss. The bend in the handle ( common to these julep strainers) has a slight dip to it.
Also included are three Windsor Twist pattern bar spoons, all stamped with the William A. Rogers ” W. R.” marked preceded by a Maltese Cross symbol and followed by a keystone symbol. The two longer spoons measure 6 inches and the shorter is 4 and 1/2 inches in length.
