Here is a silver plated twisted handle Windsor design bar spoon marked “W. R.” with a Maltese Cross symbol before it and a Keystone figure after it; this mark is commonly called “W. R. Keystone” and is one of the marks used by William A. Rogers. It measures 12 inches in length.
There are a few tiny black spots in the bowl. There is wear and some plate loss to the back of the bowl as well as both sides of the back of the handle.
It’s hard to find antique bar spoons this length.
I also have a W. R. Keystone julep strainer for sale…please look in the Behind the Bar section of my shop or click here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/227660837/silver-plated-antique-julep-strainer-wm
