These bar spoons range in length from 4 and 1/2 inches to just over 5 inches. The manufacturer marks were different: Newark Silver, Wm. A. Rogers, WR with a maltese cross and keystone (another mark of Wm. A. Rogers) and Extra Coin Silver Plate (which is also another brand of Wm. A. Rogers).
The twist handle and simple Windsor design, known as the Windsor Twist, is a common bar spoon design.
